As the name suggests, calm visualization is simply the act of mentally picturing yourself while relaxed of course, in a safer and peaceful environment. Create the sounds, smells and so on while imagining this place and make it perfect because you will often come to this place whenever you are doing a visualization session. If it’s a real place just ensure that it will provide the comfort and relaxation you need.

Understand that visualization does not work effectively the first time you try, because your mind and body are not used to such activity yet. Indulge all senses

Ensure that all your imaginations during your visualization sessions are positive and that negativity does not feature anywhere.
