Lucid dreams: the place where coffee and dreams seem to collide. Lucid dreams are an interesting phenomenon in which the dreamer controls the events in his dreams. Of course, in addition to being interesting, lucid dreaming can also be quite useful, namely, it is where the dreamer takes control and as scientists claim you can overcome your fears by fighting them every night.
This is not the only advantage, during lucid daydreaming you can improve all your daily life skills. And another little secret, it’s a place where you can relive your deepest unfulfilled desires. Of course, to achieve a state of lucid daydreaming is not easy at all, years of work and research have been invested in discovering first and foremost what lucid daydreaming is, and in doing so, in exploring the techniques used to achieve such a condition.
There are several different techniques for achieving a state of lucid dreaming, some of which are effective and some less:
- WILD method
- Counting technique
- Autosuggestion
- Third Eye Method
- Wake-back-to-bed technique
Before using any of these techniques, it is essential that you become familiar with lucid dreams. This means that you need to make some preparations before you decide to take that step. During the day, make sure you meditate as much as possible, listen to lucid dream lectures, and read books about it.
When you have completed all the necessary preparations, and when you are introduced to all the things that I have brought to your attention, it is time to use some of these techniques and embark on the adventure of your life. The fastest way to achieve a state of lucid dreaming is the first technique I have listed, which is the WILD method. WILD stands for a wake-initiated lucid dream. The fastest way to achieve a state of lucid dreaming is the first technique I have listed, which is the WILD method. WILD stands for a wake-initiated lucid dream. The process of achieving a lucid dream state using this method is quite simple.
Step one:
Lie on your bed and close your eyes at the time you usually go to sleep. Of course, it would be better to wake up and stay awake, but with your eyes closed, after sleeping for 4 hours. Make sure you lie on your back and relax as much as possible.
Step two:
After your body is relaxed, concentrate on the darkness behind your closed eyes and let your thoughts flutter and wander gently. When you slowly begin to see a picture, feel anger, or even smell, know that you are in a state of hypnagogia, which means you are well on your way.
Step three:
When hypnagogia begins, slowly begin to create images in your head, to begin with only the outlines, and when you can see them more clearly, add details and do not skimp, the more jitters the better, imagine the characters, feel the wind, smell the salt, the noise of the leaf …
Step four:
Your body is asleep and your mind is awake, wandering through the spaces you have created yourself, and that is the moment, when you switch to the other side, you have succeeded, you have transitioned from a conscious awake state to a conscious dream state!
